Hours remain in credit for 12 months from date of purchase. You will be kept up to date on how your hours are used and how much time you have remaining. Time will be agreed upon before tasks are undertaken.

Rates include up to 10 miles, then .58/mile for additional miles. 

Any additional expenses will be discussed with you prior to work being performed.

A deposit may be required before service is provided.

For purchases we make on your behalf, we ask that you provide funds up front. 

We will provide you with detailed statements on how your money has been spent.

Discounted rates only apply to hourly packages purchased in advance. 
If you don't use all your hours at once, remaining hours will be credited to your account 

and can be used for future bookings within 12 months from date of purchase.

Regular business hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. 

Bookings outside regular business hours may be available and will be charged at $90/hour.

Any information that you share with us will be kept strictly confidential. 

We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.
