How does this work?
Give us a call or send us an email. Initially, we will talk with you to find out what your needs are and how our services can help. You are then able to set up service as needed... Whether that is one time service, weekly service or just calling, emailing or texting us as you need us. Use us by the hour or use our Hourly Packages that make it convenient to book services. We are here to be flexible to your needs.

I have trouble delegating tasks and letting someone else do things for me...
This is common and we understand! Often people start out by giving us basic tasks and then as they see things getting done and getting done right, they feel comfortable relinquishing more tasks to us. We're here to help you and we try to make things as easy as possible for you. We want to be a positive benefit in your life!

How do I know I can trust you?
We have many satisfied customers and are happy to provide references upon request. Our contract provides peace of mind. Omaha's Girl Friday Concierge is insured.

How do I stay in contact with you while you're doing my tasks?
Whatever is most convenient for you: text, phone, email. If appropriate, we will update you on how things are going, how long a task is taking, questions we may have...

Do you have minimum time requirements?
If we are able to do a job from our office, the minimum is 15 minutes. If we do an 'out of office' job, the minimum is 1 hour, with time being rounded to the nearest 15 minute interval after that. Pet sitting time minimums are different. See Pet Services for more information.

How do I pay for service?

We accept cash, check, credit card, PayPal and Zelle. You may pay at time of service or purchase one of our hourly packages online.

Will you keep my information private?
Any information you share with us will be kept strictly confidential. We do not share your information with anyone. People don't even need to know that you use our service.

How are you able to shop for me?
If we shop for you, we will ask you for ideas, brands, colors, sizes, any other information that will help us pick out what you would choose. If you have something specific in mind, we'll do our best to find it. We are not responsible for defective items purchased on your behalf, however, we are happy to exchange or return items for you the next time we provide service for you.

How do you pay for items you buy for me?
For purchases we make on your behalf, we ask that you provide funds up front. Some regular clients prefer us to use their credit card for purchases. We will provide you with detailed statements on how your money has been spent.

Which do you like better, dogs or cats?
That's a trick question and we'll never tell, but we love all our furry friends and we're happy to let the dog out or feed the cat or just chat with them awhile so they aren't lonesome while you're away. After all, that's how we started in business many years ago!

Can I call you at the last minute?
Yes, definitely. We're here to make your life easier, so we'll do all we can to fit in your request as quickly as possible.

Can I use your services on evenings, weekends or holidays?
Yes, we will do our best to help you when you need us. For hours outside regular business hours, we would like as much notice as possible to make sure we are available. There is a surcharge for work outside of regular hours.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel a booking?

Just give us a call and let us know. We will work with you to reschedule your booking, if needed. Cancellation of service requires 48-hour advance notice. For less than 48-hour advance notice, a $35 surcharge may apply.
