Have you ever bought a product that didn't work the way it was supposed to or quit working way too soon? Most of the time you can just return the defective product to the store you bought it from and you don't have to hassle much these days to get your money back or exchange it. Other times the product is too old to return to the department store, but not old enough to have broken, or too big and expensive and can't easily be returned. For example, I had a truck a couple years ago that was new when I got it and after eight months it wouldn't start dependably.
