Let me begin with Merriam-Webster's definition of Concierge:  A resident in an apartment building especially in France who serves as doorkeeper, landlord's representative, and janitor. Right! That sums it up... maybe about twenty years ago! Although the part about living in France sounds fun, this definition is quite outdated.


My definition of Concierge: A person skilled at accomplishing tasks with speed and enthusiasm.


Today people are strapped for time. Between family, work, activities and household tasks, the days just get shorter and shorter. A Concierge will help lighten the load so that you can:


  • Be more productive at work, because you won't spend the day thinking of all the other "stuff" you need to get done.
